Mindfulness is rapidly gaining recognition for helping us achieve a sharper awareness and an effective tool for reducing stress and anxiety. Becoming more aware of the present moment can help us enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better. Mindfulness lets us 'stand back' from our thoughts and start to see their patterns, both postive and negative. Gradually, we can train ourselves to notice when our thoughts are taking over and possibly becoming destructive or negative in nature.
Most of us have issues that we find hard to let go and mindfulness can help us deal with them more productively. Mindfulness is also recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as a way to prevent depression in people who have had three or more bouts of depression in the past.
This training will teach you everything you need to successfully master this skill. We can even incorporate full hypnosis 'Mindfulness' sessions if you choose. Learning to be mindful is a perfect way to start you on a positive path to good mental health. This in turn will allow you cope better with everyday demands and pressures both in the workplace and home life.
