A powerful course which teaches delegates exactly what stress is, its physiological and mechanism and the body's autonomic physiological responses to stress. It also utilises a host of the most effective stress reduction tools to combat and control stress at work. It's designed to be a very practical session which will give you stress management techniques to effectively deal with stress, and create a real sense of calm and a clear plan of how you will manage work related stress as it occurs.
Using the stress management techniques learned throughout the session, delegates will be able to understand the true mechanism of stress in the human body, identify their personal stressors in life and at work, take preventative action to reduce their effects and be able to rapidly de-stress when the need arises.
You can opt to add group hypnosis sessions to your training day. This will help remove any immediate stress and give you a better way to manage future stresses. If this option is taken, we incorporate three full 'stress reduction' hypnosis sessions to your day.
